Bempflingen, Germany – Endress Elektrogerätebau GmbH stands out as a leader in technology and service. Starting now, the German generator manufacturer is expanding on these two quality principles at its service portal endressparts.com.

After the successful introduction of the service portal endressparts in 2018, we are now taking the next big step towards service optimization. From now on, all generators will be equipped with a QR code, with which our customers can directly access their devices in the service portal.

“With introduction of the QR codes, we hope to stay closer to the customer and address their specific needs,” says Steffen Klemp, head of Endress customer service and project leader for introduction of QR codes and maintenance label on the products. “With the QR codes, our customers get even easier access to device-specific information such as circuit diagrams, operating manuals and data sheets.” Klemp adds. “Moreover, now customers will also find maintenance labels on our Rental Line RS generators that list all parts relevant to maintenance and their order numbers. In the near future, these will also appear on other generators. In daily business, this will save our partners valuable time in searching for air, oil and fuel filters,” Klemp says.
