Service will also become even more important as a result of exhaust emission level 5 as the devices will become more and more maintenance-intensive and require more explanation. Thanks to our new cooperation partner, Endress will be able to quickly decide on warranty issues and handle service cases through our own service network in the future.
FPT motors will be installed in the Endress Stage 3A and Stage 5 rental series in the future. The latter will be initially presented at Bauma 2019.
Weissinger also sees opportunities with the new partner for Endress's strongly growing business in Latin America. "Service handling and connectivity through our ERMA remote monitoring system are rated even higher in these countries than they are in Europe", said the CEO.
